Water Clarity.

Has anyone else in Block B noticed that the water seems very muddy at the moment ?
My filters are clogging up every few days .
Could management tell me when was the last time the main water filter at the front entrance was cleaned? I haven't noticed it being done recently but maybe it was whilst I was away ?
I did ask the lady in the office and she was going to check up but I have had no response.
