Can the management or jmb give us any idea as to when the broken, dangerous, plastic sunbeds will be replaced. There is currently one sun bed that is in fully functioning oder without either a broken back, arm or crack down the middle .

The state of them is appauling and I only hope that a small child does not get their hand or foot trapped in the crack .

It is lovely to have the walls repainted and the new paving but , hey .... if you are a pool user it would have been much better to have ...

Is interesting to have such a blog where everyone able to check out. I really do love this Condo. Is more of the environment/landscape that makes me feel comfortable to be there. Beside that, thank you to whoever doing this blog and keep it up.

Back to Basics

In light of the latest break-in here at Sri Murni and the extra measures that are being thought up designed to step up security, I believe that the fundamentals are being missed out on. A simple drive up from my car park and already I see 6 cars without stickers on. It is a very simple job for Management to walk around the parking bays – make a note of the cars that do not have stickers and the apartments that they belong to and contact those responsible. Excuses can be ...

Dear Sri Murni Management,

Due to extra security protection in this Condo, some residence had install door and window grilles. I myself did it at the back area/ kitchen- washing area sometime 2 years ago. We were told that there is a standard design to be used- the square ones and white for unity looks. However, we do see some other designs and colours around this condo. Can we have your comments on this please. Are you guys going to standardise it for the looks. Hope to hear from you.

The residence of Sri Murni had a positive feedback when the management decided to put up a blog on the Sri Murni Condo. We now can share our point of views, information, comments etc and making this place a pleasant place to stay. I am very upset and dissapointed that this Blog has become more of one sided voice. So far, I have yet to hear on the response of my point of views on the recent topic of Break Ins. I've posted my questions almost 3 weeks ago. This is a very usefull tool for 2 sided ...

As a resident of Sri Murni, we were all shocked to hear about the break-in on New Year’s eve- 31 Dec. Another incident after one an half years ago. It is a very appalling new year’s news!! What most shocking is that the management has yet to make an official announcement to the residence and putting a high alert to all of us. I personally got the news from my neighbor.

After which, I called Sri Murni office and was informed that the incident is under investigation. Still no alert to ...

Hi there

Would like to suggest if the committee may consider having a designated 'waiting area' for the part time domestic helpers to gather - after work while waiting for their pick-up?

Have noticed they gathered together around the guard house everyday around 430pm onwards to be picked up. Some are seen to be squatting, sitting and standing chatting with the guards. Coming from the perspective outlook of the condo, this is very unsightly, and potentially giving a weak perception of ...

Stagnant Water Streams - could they affect us?

Dear fellow residents,

Has anyone noticed how the stagnant water streams in the forest reserve behind our playground area are increasing? The construction company building the 4 bungalows has diverted their natural flow. With the recent rains the damage that has been caused is becoming more and more evident as we can see from the vantage point behind block B. There are a number of potential concerns.

Can mosquitos breed in this water? if so we could be at increased risk of Dengue!

Could ...

I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed that there are more mosquitos around. Do we need to have extra fogging whilst the pool is stagnant?

Could someone please reassure me that we are not going to have another Christmas holiday spoilt by loud renovations taking place ?

Are the pool improvements running to schedule?

Thank you .
